		<description>I cant believe you included Charles E. Rice CEO of Barnett Banks.  He worked people on their own time, continual staff shortages, promoted people socially instead of ablility.  Kept Officers in place after repeated complaints until they finally have their boyfriend and aquaintances rob and hold hostage and entire Branch.  Was addicted to the bottle.  Finally got drunk fell in his pool and drown, after inventing the golden parachutes...</description>
